A comprehensive medical check-up is the starting point: state-of-the-art diagnostics and a
lifestyle analysis help to identify your risk factors and needs. Together
with our medical specialists, you define your personal goals. The programme combines
medically based exercise sessions, mental coaching, soothing relaxation
and delicious, light cuisine. Mindfulness rituals and valuable techniques from our
coaches also accompany you in your everyday life.
