With Ayurveda and yoga, you will learn how to consciously integrate serenity and balance into your everyday life. In our workshop, you will experience how simple rituals, mindful movements and the knowledge of life can give you new strength – without any pressure, at your own pace. Get to know your constitutional type and gain an insight into Ayurvedic nutrition as well as some simple ways to implement it in your everyday life.
